Our apartment available for 4-5 persons.
The first floor is occupied by an apartments of 50 mq , independent entrance and garden view. One double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and sitting room with kitchenette and sofabed, can accomodate 4 persons.
The apartment is completely furnished with kitchen facilities, it also includes dishwasher,fridge, microwave, teakettle, air-conditioning, heating system and TV.
Towels, bed linen and clothes are provided.
The rates are intended per Apartment and include electricity, gas, water, heating, air-conditioning bed linen , towels ( change every 4 days ), table clothes and final cleaning. Breakfast is not included. However it is available at 10 Eur. per person.( Free of charge for children under 4 years ).
Extra bed, 20 Eur. per day – Cot available at 12 Eur. per day. Daily cleaning and change on request at extra charge.The Christmas rate is from 23th December to 6th January. from April to September Minimum stay 3 nights. Easter and Chistmas minimum sty 2 nights.
Weekly price is applicable at minimum of 7 nights. Services offered:Private parking, garage for bike and bicycles, Bicycles rent, Air Condition and Heating system, TV, Free WIFI, Safebox
Pets are not allowed – All public and private spaces non-smoking
